7:00 - 8:10 AM ~ session 1, Ages 12+
8:20 - 9:20 AM ~ session 2, Ages 10-11
9:30 - 10:30 AM ~ session 3, Ages 9 & under
All practices are held at the Hinswood Pool
* practice times are ultimately determined by the coaching staff.
